Role
IGRES Group Limited is the parent holding company of the wider group. It owns its operating subsidiaries and maintains the governance, structural and capital framework within which those subsidiaries operate.
Function
The Group is not itself a consumer-facing retail business. Commercial and market-facing activities are conducted through the operating subsidiaries in their respective jurisdictions.
Execution
This separation supports clear accountability: operating companies remain responsible for execution in their own markets, while the Group retains responsibility for oversight, capital stewardship and long-term structural discipline.

IGRES UK Ltd
A wholly-owned operating subsidiary responsible for the Group’s activities in the United Kingdom and for market-facing execution within that jurisdiction.
IGRES US Inc.
A wholly-owned operating subsidiary responsible for the Group’s activities in the United States and for market-facing execution within that jurisdiction.
