  1. IGRES Group incorporated

    IGRES Group Limited was incorporated in England and Wales, establishing the parent company for the Group’s development.

    UK and US companies established

    IGRES UK Ltd was incorporated in England and Wales on 12 March, followed by IGRES US Inc. in Delaware on 13 March.

    IGARUS joins the brand portfolio

    Assignments of the IGARUS trade marks in the European Union and United States were recorded in the name of IGRES Group Limited in June and July respectively.

  4. Group ownership structure completed

    IGRES US Inc. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of IGRES Group Limited, bringing both regional companies under the same parent.

  5. RAVENOURE rights and US licence established

    Rights in RAVENOURE transferred to IGRES Group Limited, which granted IGRES US Inc. a licence to use the brand.

  6. UK trade mark portfolio consolidated

    The UK Intellectual Property Office recorded IGRES Group Limited as the owner of the IGARUS and ESQUARTE UK trade marks.
